RETURNS + REFUNDS

Because each tallow product is hand-crafted, with a great amount of time and attention to detail, all sales are considered final. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, at carissa@divinenaturetallow.com.

SHIPPING

Products are generally shipped within 1-3 days.  We only ship within the USA. Currently we don't ship internationally. 

There is a slight risk that the parcel service can lose your package or deliver it to the wrong address.  We suggest you select the shipping option with insurance and a tracking number to better protect your purchase and make it easier to file a claim with the parcel service.  Divine Nature Tallow will do our best to provide with you with the necessary details to assist with your claim.

DAMAGES

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we'll evaluate the situation.  Picture is requested and required.  We do our best to ensure your products are packaged well to keep your purchase safe and secure.  Once your package has been scanned in at USPS/UPS, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safety of your product or control how well the item is taken care of.  

We will do our best to resolve the issue.  However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement and reserve the right to decline such requests.
